3. Sharing
Documents stay on this site for our team to review. They are sent to an authority only when a person files the application outside this automatic flow. Payment processors receive only what they need to charge the card.
4. Retention
Application files are kept for as long as needed to complete the visa and meet legal record-keeping duties, then deleted or anonymised.
5. Cookies and analytics
If you accept cookies, the site loads Google Analytics 4 to count visits and application steps. The choice is stored in a cookie. You can refuse and the site still works. Payment data is not sent to analytics.
